These terms cover your use of jan5star.co.za, operated by Jan's 5 Star (trading name), Rua de Outubro, Vilanculos, Mozambique. Booking a stay is governed separately by the Booking Terms and Conditions.

Using this website

You may browse, check availability, request quotes and make bookings for personal, lawful purposes. You may not: attempt to breach security or access other users' data; scrape at a scale that degrades the service; submit false bookings or reviews; or use the content to build a competing listing without permission.

Content and accuracy

We work to keep descriptions, photography, rates and availability accurate and truthful. Rates and availability shown outside a confirmed quote are indicative until a hold is placed; the authoritative price is always the server-calculated quote you accept at checkout. Currency conversions other than ZAR are estimates.

Intellectual property

The Jan's 5 Star name, logo, photography and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and reasonable excerpts with attribution; bulk reproduction requires permission.

Accounts

Guest accounts are personal. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly at camp@jan5star.co.za if you suspect misuse.

Availability of the service

We aim for the site to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or withdraw features. Your booking rights are unaffected by website changes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of the website itself (as opposed to your booking, which the Booking Terms govern), including third-party links, or interruptions beyond our control.

Law

Use of this website and the accommodation agreement are governed by the laws of Mozambique, where the property is located. Payment-processing services, provided through PayGate on our behalf, may additionally be subject to applicable South African law and PayGate's terms.
